Description:
1 Waste is biodegradable waste code: 20 02 01, estimated number: 700 mg. Waste collected will be as part of conducting selective zbirka municipal waste from real estate rests from the city and commune of Powiec. The contractor is obliged to develop bio -dw in a manner ensuring the appropriate levels of preparation for re -use and recycling, and limiting the mass of municipal waste succumbing to biodegradation transferred to the insulation, in accordance with with the provisions of the Act of 13 in 1996 on maintaining cleaning and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, p. 1.2. The Ordering Employer is published in the abbreviations of the waste of waste. The ordering one requires that in the case of waste with a code 20 02 01 the recovery effect by NAWZ/ Compost.1.3. The Ordering Party allows in this respect to use the charging station that is specific to the requirements specified in art. 23 para. 10 point 3 of the Waste Act.
