Description:
1. The subject of the order is the contractor's provision of a service consisting in the management of ash from home furnaces (waste code ex 20 01 99).2. Forecasted estimated amount of waste: Waste code Type of municipal waste collected Projected amount per 10 months [Mg]ex 20 01 99 Popiou from domestic hearths 833,333. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of waste transferred.4. The amount of waste generated and collected from the commune of Tomaszw Mazowiecki is not dependent on the Ordering Party. The amounts of waste specified in the table in section 2 should be treated as indicative.5. The contractor will be obliged to manage municipal waste in the Municipal Waste Processing Installations indicated in the offer.6. The subject of the order should be implemented by the Contractor in accordance with: 1) the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities; 2) the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste; 3) resolution No. XVII/204/2025 of August 26, 2025 of the Voivodeship Assembly of the voivodeship regarding the Economy Plan waste for the Voivodeship for the years 2025-2030, including the years 2031-2036. 7.
