- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of municipal waste management services collected from the Czorsztyn Commune and the collection and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) at ul. PieniΕska in Maniowy.
2. The order in question has been placed divided into 2 parts:
a) Part 1 concerns waste collection at the contractor's installation
b) Part 2 concerns the collection of waste from PSZOK.
The waste management will cover the waste indicated in tables 1a and 1b presented in Chapter III, section 1 of the SWZ.
The Ordering Party expects to award additional orders in quantities up to 5% of the value of the basic order for each part.
3. Scope of services:
3.1 Under this order, the contractor's tasks and activities will also include:
1) Preparation of reports required by law;
2) according to the scope of the order, in accordance with applicable development regulations collected municipal waste in a way that ensures that the commune achieves a level of preparation for reuse and recycling
20 of the Waste Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1834, as amended), the place of recovery operation or municipal waste disposal met the technological criteria - they complied with the requirements specified in Art. 143 of the Act of 27 April 2001. Environmental protection law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended) and other relevant provisions.
