Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste transferred by entities receiving municipal waste to the municipality-city of Grudziądz from the owners of real estate where residents live and indicated, where the inhabitants do not live, and municipal waste is generated From the area of the municipality-city Grudziądz specified in the contract template and on the conditions described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the contract template.
2. The contractor will develop the following types of municipal waste:
1) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01);
2) biodegradable municipal waste, including kitchen waste and green waste from gardens and parks (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01);
3) plastic, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging and multi -material packaging (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 20 01 40, 15 01 04, 15 01 05);
4) glass and glass packaging (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07);
5) paper and cardboard as well as paper and cardboard packaging (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01).
3. The Municipal Records of the Contractor will receive from the entities indicated by the Employer and then managed in accordance with the hierarchy of proceedings with waste referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
4. Maxal amount of municipal waste for development during the period of the contract from the commune-city of Grudziądz-27 637.56 mg.
