Description:
1) The subject of the order is the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and other fractions of collected waste
in a selective manner within the meaning of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), collected by the contractor of the order for collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Gniewkowo commune.
2)Waste will be collected at the transport, storage and reloading base in Kaczkow, at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. Then after After collecting the appropriate amount, they will be transferred for management directly to the Municipal Installation in accordance with Art. 29a section 3 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
3) The Contractor undertakes to mechanically and biologically process waste municipal waste and separating fractions from mixed municipal waste that are fully or partially recyclable in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse
and recycling, and limiting the amount of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on the levels of limitation for the storage of municipal waste succumbing...
