Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: "The management of municipal waste collected from real estate residing in the commune of Sępolno Krajeńskie and collected at the selective collection of municipal waste in Sępolno Krajeński."
3.1 The subject of the contract is the waste management service municipalities from real estate inhabited from the Sępolno Krajeńskie commune and collected at the selective collection of municipal waste in Sępolno Krajeński in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026.
3.2 The scope of the subject of the contract includes the development of mixed (unsorted) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, and management of municipal waste segregated and accumulated selectively:
1) biodegradable waste (20 02 01, 20 01 08);
2) paper and cardboard as well as paper and cardboard packaging (15 01 01, 20 01 01);
3) plastics and packaging with plastics (15 01 02, 20 01 39);
4) metals and metal packaging (20 01 40, 15 01 04);
5) mixed packaging waste (15 01 06);
6) glass and glass packaging (15 01 07, 20 01 02);
7) bulky waste (20 03 07);
8) used electrical and electronic devices, fluorescent lamps and other mercury waste (20 01 36, 20 01 35*, 20 01 23, 20 01 21, 20 01 23*);
9) drugs other than those mentioned in 20 01 31 (20 01 32);
10) batteries and accumulators (20 01 34, 20 01 33*);
