Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service of municipal waste management from the area of the Czermin Commune from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, consisting of: acceptance of municipal waste, specified by type, at the place indicated and provided by the Contractor, the types of waste and estimated quantities are indicated later in the subject of the order - tab. 1, and then processing the accepted municipal waste in the recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in the municipal waste management site indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law. resulting from the method of dealing with waste and the requirements resulting from the order documents.2. Municipal waste should be understood as waste defined in the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, hereinafter referred to as: u.o.) and the Act of September 13, 1996 on the maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, hereinafter referred to as: u.c.p.g.).
