Description:
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service from the areas of inhabited real estate of the Sieroszewice commune and the selective municipal collection point in Rososzyca, consisting of: 1) the intake of municipal waste in the indicated and ensured by the contractor, the place of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a way as laws and requirements arising from the order documents, 2) processing of adopted municipal waste in recovery processes (R) and/or disposal (D), in the indicated and disposal provided by the Contractor's place of management of municipal waste, in a manner in accordance with the law and the requirements arising from the order documents, 3) the implementation of reporting obligations, 4) the implementation of obligations guaranteeing the contracting authority to exercise the possibilities of exercising control and control rights verification, 5) the implementation of services and obligations related to the services expressed above in point (1 4) through "municipal waste" should be understood as such as the waste in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (ie, Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, hereinafter: "U.O.") and the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, hereinafter: "U.C.P.G").
