Description:
1. The subject of the order is the management of municipal waste collected from uninhabited properties in the Sukowice Commune and its collection from the reloading point located in Sukowice at ul. Tysiclecia 133 and transport to municipal installations placed by the Voivodeship Marshals in the Public Information Bulletin and to those indicated in the Provincial Municipal Waste Management Plans from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 20262. Amount of waste to be collected - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01 25 Mg/month x 12 months = 300 Mg. Indicated amounts of municipal waste, is the amount calculated according to the collected amount of waste from 2024. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of transferred waste in relation to the calculations from 2025 or 2025, depending on the actual needs, without the Contractor's right to claim compensation in this respect.3. Method of collection waste: The Contractor, at his own expense and effort, will collect and transport waste on an ongoing basis from the transshipment point located in Sukowice at ul.
