Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected in a selective manner, together with their transport from collection sites to management sites, divided into tasks:
TASK I - collection and management of unsegregated waste (mixed) municipal waste classified under code 20 03 01
TASK II - collection and management of bio-waste - green and kitchen waste classified under the codes: 20 01 08 and 20 02 01
TASK III - collection and management of municipal waste in the form of paper, plastics, metals, glass, waste in the form of used tires, insulation, construction and renovation waste, waste in the form of textiles and clothing, expired medicines, paints, varnishes, plant protection products, used needles and syringes and used batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic classified under the codes: 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 07, 16 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 09 04, 17 06 04, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 28, 20 01 32, ex 20 01 99, 20 01 33*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 80
TASK IV - collection and management of municipal waste in the form of bulky waste classified under code 20 03 07.
2. The subject of the order includes waste generated on inhabited and uninhabited properties and from the area of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Commune. Trzebnica.
