Description:
The subject of the order includes the management of mixed and segregated municipal waste from owners of properties inhabited and not inhabited by residents of the City of Darłowo Commune and partially municipal waste collected selectively in PSZOK in accordance with the currently applicable provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, as well as the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act and in accordance with the provisions of local law acts, divided into the following tasks:

4. The Ordering Party stipulates that the given quantity is an estimate waste in the stream intended for management is only an estimate.
