2) processing of adopted municipal waste in recovery processes (R) and/or disposal (D),indicated and provided by the Contractor's place of management of municipal waste, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements arising from the order documents,
3) the implementation of reporting and information obligations,
4) the implementation of obligations guaranteeing the contracting authority to implement the possibilities of implementationcontrol and verification rights.
2. The order of the contract was divided by the contracting authority into 3 parts. The contractor may submit an offer for one or all parts of the order.
