Description:
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service from residing real estate, consisting of:
1) taking municipal waste by the Contractor at the place of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a lawful manner and the requirements arising from the order documents,
2) processing of adopted municipal waste in recovery processes (R), disposal (D) and/or storage in a lawful manner,
3) implementation of reporting and information obligations,
4) implementation of services and obligations related to the expressed above in points 1 - 3) services
A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 8 to SWZ.
Management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Żerkow commune in 2026
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive waste management service communal from inhabited real estate consisting of:
1) the acceptance of municipal waste by the Contractor at the place of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a way as laws and requirements arising from the order documents,
2) processing adopted municipal waste in recovery processes (R), disposal (D) and/or storage in a lawful manner,
3) implementation of reporting and information obligations,
4) the implementation of services and obligations related to the above -mentioned in points 1 - 3) services
