Description:
Management of municipal waste directly from all properties inhabited in the Strawczyn Commune in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste transferred for storage in accordance with legal provisions in this regard. Waste management includes municipal waste collected selectively and mixed. A detailed description and method of implementation is described in Chapter III of the SWZ Description of the subject of the order.

3. Waste management Municipal waste management will be carried out in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery using other fraction methods. waste - specified in this respect in generally applicable legal provisions, including the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing acts to this Act.
4. Waste management.
1. Documented waste delivery will be by the Contractor. Each entry will be registered and confirmed with a document containing the date of import, type, code and weight of waste, vehicle registration number and delivery identification data. A copy of the above-mentioned document is received by the waste supplier's driver during the delivery of each batch of waste.
