Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting in: 1) accepting municipal waste specified by type at the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for accepting municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with law and the requirements arising from the order documents, 2) processing the accepted municipal waste in the recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, in the municipal waste management site provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements arising from the documents orders,3) collection/storage of municipal waste, including at the point of receipt of municipal waste, after its acceptance and before processing,4) implementation of reporting and information obligations,5) implementation of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights,6) implementation of services and obligations related to those specified above in point 1 5) services - hereinafter collectively referred to as municipal waste management services.
