- 1. The subject of the order is the management of municipal waste from the area of the Skorzec Commune in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 through sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful waste management methods. Waste management is to ensure achieving specific levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills and waste storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on the maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship.
2. The total estimated amount of waste for the entire subject of the order is: 2,434.00 Mg, divided into the following types of waste: 15 01 01 Paper and cardboard packaging 95 Mg
