Description:
The subject of the order is development in the years 2026-2028. waste from uninhabited areas of the Świebodzice commune for a period of 36 months. The Ordering Party, in accordance with its decisions and permits required by law, will provide the contractor with waste with the following codes:
20/03/01 (unsegregated mixed municipal waste) in the amount of 1800 Mg/36 months +/- 20%,
- 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste) in the amount of 450 Mg/36 months +/- 20%,
- 15 01 01 (paper and cardboard) in the amount of 150 Mg/36 months +/- 20%,
- 15 01 02 (plastic packaging) in the amount of 150 Mg/36 months +/- 20%,
- 15/01/07 (glass packaging) in the amount of 180 Mg/36 months +/- 20%.
The amounts of waste to be managed indicated above are forecast values and may be decreased or increased, to which the contractor agrees and will not pursue any claims for quantitative changes during implementation of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party stipulates that the minimum amount of waste ordered to be managed by the Contractor is 80% above the indicated range.
The subject of the order will be implemented in accordance with applicable law, in particular:
