Description:
The subject of the order is the management of municipal waste from uninhabited properties collected from the area of the Władysławowo Commune and the Jastarnia Commune serviced by ABRUKO Sp. z o. o.
The amounts of waste to be managed indicated in the SWZ are forecast values and may be reduced or reduced increase, to which the contractor agrees and will not pursue any claims for the above quantitative changes during the implementation of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party reserves the right to deliver a smaller or larger amount of waste (of any type and in total) during the term of the contract, which will be settled according to unit prices given in the offer and contract.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the scope of the order by no more than 40% in relation to the approximate total amount of waste indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order in the event of receipt of a smaller amount municipal waste collected from properties residing in the Władysławowo Commune and Jastarnia Commune for reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party. Limiting the scope of the order does not constitute an amendment to the Agreement and does not require an annex.
The access to the waste disposal site should be paved so that vehicles can operator with a permissible load of 100 kN had the ability to be unloaded regardless of weather conditions.
The unloading area should be hardened and adapted to allow free turning and reversing of the operator's vehicles.
