Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste from the city and commune of Wołczyn, consisting of:
1) accepting municipal waste, specified by type, at the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for accepting municipal waste from the collection operator municipal waste, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the order documents,
2) processing of accepted municipal waste in the processes of recovery (R) and/or neutralization (D) and/or storage, at the waste management site indicated and provided by the Contractor municipal, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,
3) implementation of reporting and information obligations,
4) implementation of obligations ensuring the Ordering Party's ability to exercise control and verification rights,
5) implementation of services and related obligations with the services specified in points 1 - 4 above
Therefore, the contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law.
3) The given amounts of waste are forecast values (quantities may change +/- 30%), the Ordering Party provides for minimum levels of waste to be managed: in part I - 3,600.00 Mg, in part II - 350.00 Mg.
4) Waste for management will be transferred successively in quantities depending on the amount of waste generated in the city and commune of Wołczyn
