Description:
1) The subject of the order is: a) management of real estate owned by the Ordering Party (the list of real estate is included in Annex No. 1 to the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), b) management of premises owned by the Ordering Party in Housing Communities (the list of premises is included in the Annex No. 2 to the draft contract, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ) c) administering personal data to the extent necessary for the implementation of the contract, d) running a customer service office with a payment acceptance point in Golub-Dobrzyń, with the reservation that it must be launched no later than within a period of three months from the date of signing the contract. Until the office is opened, the Contractor must enable free payments for tenants/leaseholders at the bank's cash desk. Until the office opens, the contractor must provide alternative customer service. Once opened, the customer service office must be open from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. for the duration of the contract, tenants of premises belonging to the MUNICIPALITY will be able to pay fees and rent free of charge.2) The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the draft contract (together with zac...
