1000 [Mg] of waste, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on general principles provided for by generally applicable law.
The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will be handed over to the Contractor for development
is 1000 Mg.
After weighing on the Ordering Party's on-ramp scale, the Ordering Party will provide the driver with a weighing receipt and issue a waste transfer card in the Database on Products, Packaging and Waste Management (BDO).
