- The description of the subject of the contract was prepared in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter also: "OPZ"). The following are an annex to the OPZ and its integral part:
1.Fire safety instructions - temporary waste storage point (waste transfer station) - LuboΕ dz. No. 49/4, ul. area Chemists, PoznaΕ district,
2. Occupational Health and Safety Instruction for Internal Transport at the Transhipment Point
and Composting Plant, and the selective waste collection point of Tarnowska Gospodarki Komunalna Sp. zoo,
3.Short health and safety instructions for internal transport and work at the point reloading station, composting plant and selective municipal waste collection point
in Tarnowska Gospodarka Komunalna TP-KOM sp. z o.o.
When performing the subject of the order, contractors are obliged to follow the above instructions.
