Description:
1. The subject of the order is the recovery of waste code 19 12 10 - alternative fuel in a maximum quantity of 5,500 Mg. Waste is generated by grinding the oversize fraction separated from unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and partially from the remains after manual sorting of waste collected in selectively, delivered to the Municipal Waste Processing Plant (hereinafter referred to as ZPOK) from the Chem region.1.1. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the subject of the order in the amount of 5,000 Mg. In the scope of the remaining quantity, i.e. 500 Mg, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right in accordance with point 8 this chapter.1.2. Information about the alternative fuel intended for recovery: - fraction in the form of flakes up to 30 mm in size; - storage on the Ordering Party's premises in the form of piles (luna fraction); - storage time by the Ordering Party: up to 6 months; - humidity below 25%; - chlorine content below 0.7%;- calorific value of at least 16MJ.2.
