Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive management services for a project co-financed by EU funds entitled: Improving the energy efficiency of the Theater building. St. I. Witkiewicz in Zakopane.2. The subject of the order is planned to be implemented with co-financing from EU funds under: Funds European for Maopolska 2021-2027. FEMP.02 European funds for the environment, FEMP.02.02 Improving energy efficiency subsidy; A. In-depth energy modernization of public buildings.3. The scope of the subject of the order referred to in section 1 includes in particular: 3.1 Investor supervision and Investment representation3.2 Legal services. Legal services will be provided for all activities assumed in the project; 3.3 Financial settlement of funds. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order [OPZ] constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
