Krtk Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the management of the STOP SMOG project in the city of Rybnik. 1. Help the beneficiaries of the STOP SMOG project on each of the Steps of its implementation as part of the current service of clients specified in paragraph 15., 2.
