2. Service of the service servicepost -warranty and dedicated technical assistance in the number of 100 man -hours for the telephone and electronic customer service system with conversations (CRM, Contact Center), including:
2.1. Ensuring technical support and software update by buying from the manufacturerSSP (Software Support) service (Software Support).
2.2. Purchase from the manufacturer relevant websites for the CRM Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 (on Premise).
