Description:
The subject of the order is the manufacture and delivery of 11,800 pieces of FEB controller systems (HK-FEB-6V1) intended for the multi-PMT modules of the long-range detector of the Hyper-Kamiokande experiment, in accordance with the design documentation HK-FEB-6V1-Gerber.zip. Scope of the order includes in particular: making PCBs from FR4 material with Tg parameters ≥ 155 °C, based on the provided Gerber files, full electrical test of the made boards, purchase of all electronic components in accordance with the BOM list, SMD machine assembly according to the documentation provided, soldering using "no-clean" technology or with ultrasonic cleaning, depanelization by cutting out and individual packaging of each board, delivery of complete FEB systems. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to produce a trial batch (200 pieces) within 4 weeks and deliver the entire order within 4 months of signing the contract. All elements must be new, free from material and legal defects, and made in accordance with standards technical specifications and delivered with the required documentation in Polish or English. The minimum warranty period is 12 months. The Contractor ensures transport and collection of the devices during the warranty period at his own expense if repair is not possible within the registered office of the Ordering Party.
