3.The order is divided into: guaranteed and optional order.
A guaranteed order is the quantity and type of assortment given in Annex No. 3a (list of items and prices).
The optional order will consist in ordering various quantities of the assortment specified in Annex 3a, up to a maximum gross value of PLN 250,000.00.
