Description:
The Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for the technical inspection service of the NO device at the STUOŚ at the "Czajka" Plant. The description of the subject of the order, the Offer form, the Draft Purchase Order and the General Terms and Conditions of the Order for services can be found in the tab Attachments. The offer should be submitted via the Company's Purchasing Platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Offer Form in the Attachments tab. The person posting on the platform is deemed to be The Company's purchasing office, all documents, applications, notices and offers, is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. All documents requiring signatures of persons representing the Contractor must be submitted: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures of persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. Documents must be of appropriate quality, at least 150 dpi (enabling reading the content contained in the document. Ordering Party allows the possibility of awarding the order to the Contractor who submits the most advantageous offer in the purchase mode on the basis of § 7 section 2 points 6) regulations R-PZP-02 Granting by the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company in the capital city of Warsaw S.A. public procurement not covered by the obligation to apply the Public Procurement Law - edition 01 (published on the website www.mpwik.com.pl.)
