A person posting all documents, applications, notices and offers on the Company's purchasing platform is deemed to be an authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of awarding the order to the Contractor who submits the most advantageous offer in the purchase mode on the basis of § 7 section Warszawie S.A. public - issue 01 (published on the website www.mpwik.com.pl.)
