• Market research in the field of printing leaflets and catalogs based on ready-made materials, as well as the production of gadgets and the delivery of promotional materials with the logo: "Patient in clinical trials", Polish Clinical Trials Network and Polish Clinical Trials Network.” The subject of the order is the printing of leaflets and catalogs based on the delivered, ready-made materials. The order also includes the creation of a roll-up and promotional gadgets, including: pens with the "Patient in clinical trials" logo (PwBK)", luggage tags in the shape of a suitcase with the logo "Polish Clinical Trials Network (PSBK)" and "PolishClinical Trials Network (PCTN)", as well as cotton bags with the logo "Patient in clinical trials (PwBK)". In addition, the order includes the delivery of all the above-mentioned promotional materials to the address of the Ordering Party (Medical Research Agency 00-801 Warszawa, ul. Chmielna 69 p.12). Designs of printing materials (leaflets, brochures, roll-ups) will be sent in PDF format materials ready. It is the Contractor's responsibility to adapt them to the technical requirements of printing, but the files should retain their visual form consistent with the submitted materials and cannot be modified in terms of graphic layout or content. Before implementation of production, the Ordering Party expects a visualization to be presented for approval. Additionally, the Ordering Party asks about the possibility of making a test print before implementing the target order. Please indicate the rules for implementing such a project printing in your company, in particular the minimum circulation, costs and the method of its preparation and acceptance.
