OBRUM sp. z o. o. invites you to participate in the procedure for selecting a risk management tool in the market insight (RFI) mode. Initial offers should be submitted via the Purchasing Platform within the specified deadline and in the form of a PDF attachment. Currency valuation in PLN. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order. The ordering party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving a reason. The supplier is not entitled to any claims for invalidation procedure. The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely select the bidder(s) and to invite further talks. Indication of the most advantageous offer by the platform is not tantamount to the selection of the offer. The provisions of the Act do not apply to the procedure. Public Procurement Law.
