- The ordering party conducts market research, develops a project based on character graphics and produces: - a mascot with dimensions: body approx. 22 cm (+/- 3 cm) with arms and legs sewn on, - a plush keychain with dimensions approx. 8-10 cm (total height). Requirements for execution: - stiffened body of the mascot/keychain, - arms (without a magnifying glass) and legs in a hanging form, - cape made of textile material. Contractors are asked to: - read Annex 1 - character graphics, - completing the price form and sending it via the purchasing platform - Annex No. 2, - optionally attaching an additional document with a detailed offer. The inquiry in question is a value estimate, will not end with the selection of an offer and will not constitutes an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Therefore, it does not oblige the Ordering Party to conclude a contract or award an order and does not constitute part of the public procurement procedure carried out on the basis of Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. If the Medical Research Agency starts the public procurement procedure, it will result in you being invited to submit an offer for the delivery. Record number: AU-000076
