Description:
The contracting authority carries out the market for the supply of ESET, Safetica, MDM licenses in the division of part of the converters, please:- Reading the OPZ,- presenting an estimated valuation through the purchasing platform of the own form,- the valuation present in the currency PLN. Value estimation, will not be completed by choosing an offer and is not an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Thus, it does not oblige the contracting authority to conclude a contract or award the contract and does not constitute part of the public procurement procedure implemented on the basis of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law. In a situation where the Medical Research Agency proceeds to the implementation of the public procurement procedure, this will result in an invitation to the state to submit an offer for the service.
