- Market research in order to determine the price for substantive support in the implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF), including expert consultations, meetings, teleconferences, telephone calls and the development of opinions and recommendations in order to ensuring comprehensive implementation of KSeF in the organization. Estimating the value of the order based on the analysis of market prices obtained as a result of market research. We ask contractors for: Scope of substantive support: Analysis of the current state Overview applicable invoicing processes and financial document circulation. Assessment of organizational and technological readiness to implement KSeF. Identification of key risk areas and implementation barriers. Substantive advice on KSeF requirements Interpretation of legal provisions and guidelines of the Ministry of Finance regarding KSeF. Development of recommendations regarding changes in accounting, control and archiving processes. Preparation of opinions on compliance with applicable regulations (logical structure of e-Invoices FA(2)/FA(3)). Technological support (in cooperation with the Ordering Party's IT team) Determining the functional and technical requirements for the software necessary for integration with KSeF, integration with existing workflow processes documents. Participation in the analysis of IT solutions (ERP systems, integrators, API KSeF). Preparation of guidelines regarding security, authorization and electronic signature (including granting appropriate rights to users) Conducting tests on the database KSeF test production Production implementation Meetings and expert consultations Organization of cyclical working meetings (stationary or online) with representatives of the Ordering Party...
