Description:
Due to the planned implementation of our own research, we estimate the price per hour of work of team members. At the moment, there is no set number of working hours for individual members of the team carrying out the study. Contractors are asked to: - read Annex 1 - Pre-determined scope of responsibility of the members of the research team, - completing the price form and sending it via the purchasing platform, - optionally attaching an additional document with a detailed offer if the Contractor has its own template containing the above-mentioned elements. price form. Subject inquiry has the nature of estimating value, will not end with the selection of an offer and does not constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Therefore, it does not oblige the Ordering Party to conclude a contract or award an order and does not constitute part of the contract award procedure public procurement implemented on the basis of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. If the Medical Research Agency starts the public procurement procedure, it will result in you being invited to submit an offer for the service.
