Description:
Payment terms - By bank transfer - 21 days from invoice issuance, Delivery costs - On the supplier's side - to KWP Katowice ul. months (with the "lifetime" warranty option). Order fulfillment based on the order/agreement. OPZ and the offer form available in attachments. Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of ordered equipment up to the amount of financial resources it has. The bidder is obliged to complete and attach the offer form. The ordering party requires that the offered goods are brand new, free from technical and legal defects, approved for sale, of good quality and first grade. Refurbished/refurbished devices (returned to the manufacturer and later resold by the manufacturer) are not allowed. The ordering party will ask the contractor who did not complete the previous order, performed it in a manner incorrect or refused to sign the contract.
