Description:
Market research for the purchase of sports cards/passes/monthly subscriptions (hereinafter referred to as sports passes) for employees of the Medical Research Agency, their children and accompanying persons, entitling them to participate in recreational and sports activities of a diverse nature in the form of a sports and recreation package on the territory of Poland. The contractor must offer various variants of cards/passes/subscriptions for: 1) Employees, children and accompanying persons. Sports passes must authorize the user to: a) enter to sports facilities at least such as: swimming pool, sauna, climbing wall, sports club, gym, etc. b) participation in activities, including: aqua aerobics, aerobics, yoga, martial arts, step, dance, sauna, fitness classes, wall climbing, gym, etc. If the Contractor offers other types of sports cards, please include them in the offer estimate form. The inquiry in question is a value estimate, it will not end with the selection of an offer and will not constitutes an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Therefore, it does not oblige the Ordering Party to conclude a contract or award an order and does not constitute part of the public procurement procedure carried out on the basis of Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law.
