- 1. The subject of the order is to measure the coastline and prepare documentation related to the separation of plots occupied by flowing waters in the Miechow district in connection with the implementation of the project entitled: "Digital solutions for geodesy of the Miechow district" co-financed by the European Union
under the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Priority Axis 1 European Funds for research and development and entrepreneurship, Measure 1.7 Digital solutions for geodesy, from the European Regional Development Fund.
2. Detailed Description of the Item The order is included in Annex No. 10 to the Specification of the Order Terms - Technical conditions for the execution of the order, containing a detailed description of the subject of the order, the scope of work and the method of their execution.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ, as well as in the contract template constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
