Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of meat and cold cuts for the Social Welfare Home in Gouszyce in the quantities specified by the Ordering Party in the quantity and value list constituting an annex to this specification. (Appendix 2) The order includes successive deliveries of meat and cold cuts according to the orders placed by the Ordering Party, to the food warehouse at the Ordering Party's headquarters, within 12 months from the date of signing the contract. The ordered goods must be delivered and unloaded at the contractor's expense to the ordering party's warehouse. Deliveries will be made every day from Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., based on telephone orders. submitted on the previous day. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order each minimum batch of goods and no minimum quantity or value of a single delivery is specified. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order individual products with an accuracy of 0.1 kg. Meat and cold cuts must be delivered fresh, not frozen, free of foreign odors, damage to casings, packaging, no blooms, bruising, greenness, no stickiness. Organoleptically perfect.
