Description:
The subject of the order is media and information services and the purchase of space/space in traditional and digital media - two parts: 1) part I - preparation and distribution of media materials and event management, 2) part II - purchase of space and time in traditional media, space in digital media, cooperation with influencers and effectiveness monitoring and optimization. The detailed scope of the service and the contractor's obligations are specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order constituting annex to SWZ, 2) the draft provisions of the contract constituting an annex to the SWZ, The law of options 1. (applies to Part I and Part II) The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the right to exercise the right as part of the implementation of the contract option, i.e. it may commission the contractor to perform the services indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract for the basic contract on the terms specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. The maximum order completion time under the option law will not exceed 12 days months from the date of completion of the basic order. 3. The option right is exercised by the ordering party submitting to the contractor a written declaration on the activation of the option right no later than 30 days before the expiry of the term of the contract for the basic order. 4.
