Description:
5.1. The subject of the order are inspections of medical equipment.
5.2. Social dictionary of orders: CPV: 50400000-9: Services in the field of repair and maintenance of medical and precise devices.
5.3. The contractor is obliged to perform technical inspections of the devices in accordance with the frequency specified for individual devices, before the expiry of their validity specified by the service technician in the technical passport
The annotation must include: date performance of the service, information on technical efficiency and admission to further operation, the date of the next review. Entries should be provided with a stamp and signature of the person performing the review.
5.4.2. Service store confirmed by the user of the equipment, as well as if necessary, issuing a technical condition. The service report should contain data in accordance with the entry in the passport, including the device identification data (name, model, factory/serial number), information on technical efficiency and admission to further operation, the date of the next review. IN In the case of reviewing several devices at one time, a service report is required for each device separately.
5.5. The Contractor is obliged to perform periodic inspections and maintenance of cameras in accordance with the manufacturer of the device's manufacturer.
