Description:
1. The vehicle should meet, among others, the following minimum requirements: a) the vehicle should be brand new, unused and not displayed at exhibitions or fairs, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meets the minimum technical, functional and quality requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ; b) the vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements regarding emergency vehicles, in accordance with the Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), and the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended); c) the vehicle must be marked in accordance with the Regulation Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of May 8, 2025 on transport management in the organizational units of the State Fire Service (as amended); d) bus type car, 4x4 drive; e) number of seats, including kier...
