Description:
The subject of the order covers the following scope:
- delivery of the subject of the order to the headquarters of the ordering party
- installation and commissioning of the supplied apparatus/equipment (including delivery of the Faraday cage and assembly of its casing),
- training of the ordering staff in the field of operation and cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the delivered item of order,
- training the staff of the imaging diagnostics facility in performing magnetic resonance imaging,
- providing the required documents (in accordance with the provisions of the contract).
A detailed description of the subject of the order - was indicated in Annex No. 2 - Technical parameters.
on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended), met the requirements specified in other applicable special provisions and standards regarding the subject of the contract and met the minimum requirements specified in the SWZ. The contractor should have documents confirming the above and is obliged to provide them to the ordering party at any request and at any time - if applicable.
The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be new and free from physical and legal defects and factory packed, manufactured no earlier than 2025.
An equivalent solution should be understood as the use of a parameter other than the one described, while maintaining technical, quality and operational parameters function...
