The subject of the order provided by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party or ARiMR) is the purchase of medical services provided in accordance with the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (text uniform: Journal Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) - hereinafter referred to as: the Labor Code, and the Act of June 27, 1997 on the occupational medicine service (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 437) for persons employed at the ARiMR Headquarters, employees of the ARiMR Headquarters and people doing internships or volunteering at the ARiMR Headquarters.2. Zamawiajcy wymaga wiadczenia usug medycznych w zakresie medycyny pracy (zwanych dalej usugamimedycznymi) w odniesieniu do osb posiadajcych od Zamawiajcego pisemne lub w formie elektronicznej skierowanie examinations in the field of preventive health care/vaccinations against tetanus/vaccinations against tick-borne encephalitis/sanitary and epidemiological examinations, hereinafter referred to as authorized persons, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code and the provisions issued therein on the basis, under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter referred to as: p.p.u.), constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ.3...
