- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services in the field of occupational medicine performed for the benefit of policemen and employees of the Police of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship including:
1) preventive examinations of employees specified in the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025 item277),
2) Preventive and control research of officers in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 9 January 2017 on periodic and control research of policemen (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 2107).
3) Specialist research of officers,
4)Protective vaccinations
a detailed range of services, with types and quantities of research, was specified in para. 3 and Annex 1 to SWZ (Table 1 and 2).
