Description:
1. The subject of the order is medical transport services by ambulance with a doctor. Concluding a contract with a health care unit will allow for the transport of people with a court order for compulsory psychiatric treatment. Ensuring implementation court decision on admission to a psychiatric hospital in accordance with Art. 46 section 2b of the Act of 19 August 1994 on mental health protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 917) belongs to the voivodeship marshal.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the procurement contract (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. Ordering party in accordance with dyspozycji wynikajcej z art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship.
