Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and disposal of medical waste from the District Hospital in Sawno with codes 18 01 02*; 18/01/03*; 18/01/04; 18/01/06*; 18/01/08*; 18 01 09/02. Waste collection must take place at times that allow compliance with legal requirements regarding maximum lead time storing waste at the Ordering Party's in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Waste Act and related implementing acts.3. If it is not possible to collect waste with codes 18 01 02*; 18/01/03*; 18/01/06*; 18/01/08* within 72 hours from production, the Ordering Party expects free use by the Contractor of a refrigerated container enabling the storage of waste at a temperature of up to 10 degrees C, with a capacity adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of granting the Contractor a power of attorney to issue and sign the KPO on its behalf in order to improve waste collection 5. The quantities presented in Appendix No. 2 (Assortment and quantity form) are estimated quantities.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the contract in full. 7.
