Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medicinal products. The order was divided into 11 tasks, described in detail in the annexes to the SWZ. 2. Code number of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 33600000-6 Pharmaceutical products 3. The ordering party allows possibility of submitting partial offers. 4. Number of parts of the order for which the Contractor may submit an offer: The Ordering Party does not specify. 5. The maximum number of parts for which the order may be awarded to the same Contractor: The Ordering Party does not specify specifies. 6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 7. Criteria or rules applicable to determining which parts of the contract will be awarded to one Contractor if his offer is selected in more than the maximum number of parts: no concerns the proceedings in question. 8.
