Description:
1. The subject of the order are: MEDICINAL PRODUCTS, CONTRASTS for the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Blessed Virgin Mary in Częstochowa.
2. The description of the subject of the order was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order were specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes the draft provisions of the contract.
